Irish-born and raised on a family dairy farm, Paddy’s work ethic was instilled early. As one of seven children, with six sisters, he quickly learned to communicate effectively, stand his ground, and understand different personalities. Farm life was hands-on and fast-paced. Paddy spent weekends at livestock auctions, where he watched his father buy and sell cattle with confidence and precision. From a young age, he was exposed to the art of negotiation, learning that preparation, reading people, and backing your judgement are what drive strong outcomes.

Paddy relocated to Australia in 2018, seeking a lifestyle defined by sunshine, the ocean, and endless opportunity. After exploring the east coast, he fell in love with the Gold Coast and made Burleigh Heads home, drawn to its relaxed coastal feel and strong sense of community. After qualifying as a carpenter and founding his own construction business in the 4220 area, Paddy discovered his true passion: building relationships, not just structures.
