Fuel Giveaway Promotion

PRD Burleigh Heads

Promotion Period: Friday 8 May 2026 to Friday 31 July 2026, closing at 5:00pm AEST, Brisbane time.

  1. The Promoter is BURLEIGH ESPLANADE REALTY PTY LTD trading as PRD Burleigh Heads (ACN 637 694 663) of 14 The Esplanade, Burleigh Heads QLD 4220 (“Promoter”).
  2. Employees of the Promoter, their immediate family members, or anyone otherwise connected with the administration of this promotion are not eligible to enter.
  3. To enter the promotion, an entrant must complete a sales or rental appraisal with a registered sales agent or property manager of PRD Burleigh Heads during the promotional period.
  4. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, misdirected, or incorrectly submitted entries.
  5. Entry conditions are as follows:

    • The entrant must be the legal owner of the property being appraised.
    • One (1) entry will be allocated per property appraisal completed during the promotional period.
    • A completed sales appraisal qualifies for one (1) entry into the draw.
    • A completed rental appraisal qualifies for one (1) entry into the draw.
    • Only one entry is permitted per property.
  6. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion and these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice if required due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
  7. Four (4) winners will each receive one (1) fuel voucher valued at AUD $500, for a total prize pool value of AUD $2,000.
  8. The fuel vouchers are not redeemable for cash and are non transferable.
  9. The voucher provider and voucher format, physical or digital, will be determined at the sole discretion of the Promoter.
  10. The Promoter is not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged, or expired vouchers once issued to the winner.
  11. Prize values are accurate at the date of publishing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value.
  12. If the prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value.
  13. Winners will be selected at random at the Promoter’s office located at 14 The Esplanade, Burleigh Heads QLD 4220 on Monday 3 August 2026.
  14. Winners will be notified by phone and/or email within fourteen (14) days of the draw.
  15. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim their prize within fourteen (14) days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize.
  16. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  17. By entering this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
  18. This promotion is governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
  19. By entering the promotion, winners consent to the use of their name, likeness, and suburb for promotional and marketing purposes without compensation, unless prohibited by law.
  20. Winner details may be published on the Promoter’s website and social media platforms.
  21. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or any other social media platform.
  22. By entering this promotion, entrants consent to the Promoter collecting and storing their personal information for the purposes of administering the promotion and future marketing communications. Entrants may opt out of marketing communications at any time.
